The Belt Shoppe offers the following Returns Policy:

Merchandise exchanges are FREE, if item is still in UNWORN / NEW condition. Mail item(s) back to us with instructions of how you would like us to exchange. Return shipping will be charged on all exchanges.

Please claim any shipping damages, shortages, and discrepancies within 3 days from the receipt of your merchandise.

If not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it, unused, within 10 days. A 20% restocking fee will be billed to your credit card, if an item is returned for reasons other than damage or defect. Shipping charges cannot be refunded if an item is returned for reasons other defective product or shipping errors on our part. We will issue credits immediately to your account once returned products are received, less 20% restocking fee, if applicable.
